Web CommentaryBefore moving to the 4th floor of the museum, Isabella lived in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood at 152 Beacon Street. This photograph shows the German polychome sculpture, the Altar of the Holy Kinship (S30n11), in the Music Room at that home. Isabella later installed it in the Gothic Room of the museum, where it resides today.
