Web CommentaryJohn Singer Sargent worked on his mural cycle “Triumph of Religion” at the Boston Public Library for twenty-nine years. Isabella followed her friend’s career closely and often collected photographs of his recent work.  This photograph shows the mural “Dogma of Redemption: Trinity, Crucifix and Frieze of Angels.”
