Professor of art history at the School of Fine Arts of Valencia and the Special Painting School of Madrid. Member of the Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando , in 1913 he was appointed director of the National Museum of Industrial and Decorative Arts of Madrid. He collaborated in various artistic publications in Barcelona (Forma, Vell i Nou) and newspapers in Madrid (El Liberal, ABC).
