Mysie married Arthur Pope on June 9, 1906 at St. Mary's. Pope was actively involved with several Harvard Museums, particularly the Fogg Museum

Mysie and Arthur Pope had three children: Mary Bell Pope, born May 29, 1907, Hugh Pope, born October 25, 1909 and Murray Pope, born January 25, 1914.
