This artist may refer to 'Ali Muhammad Isfahani (Ulan code: 5000116633) although I doubt it. I have seen this artist's work (represented twice in the Olana Collection, Hudson, New York), and stylistically it varies from this bowl, although the two are contemporary. Investigate, CTR 3/23/2015
