BiographyImprimerie Lemercier et cie. was founded by Joseph Lemercier (1803-1887) in 1837. The 'Inventaire du fonds français' states that he was a lithiograph printer and a heliographer, who founded his firm in association with the printer Bernard. In 1868 Joseph Lemercier's nephew Albert Lemercier joined the firm.
