ProvenanceNotesPurchased by Isabella Stewart Gardner from the art dealer A. Pickert, Nuremberg, on 11 August 1875 (as dated about 1480). It was valued at 30 florins, but this and two other small windows (C6e7 and C6e12) were included free of charge in the purchase of 8 larger windows now in the Gothic Room and Long Gallery Chapel that totaled 3400 florins.
