Born 1754, in Paris; died c. 1806.

Engraver.

Ruotte engraved religious subjects, genre scenes and portraits. He exhibited at the Salons of 1793, 1795, 1796 and 1804. In 1797 he lived in the Rue St-Lazare, near the Chaussée d'Antin.
