State of Montana County of Silver Bow ss Robert E Booraem being duly sworn say s that he is the attorney in fact of the Blue Bird Mining Company Limited the locator and claimant of the foregoing described Placer Mining Claim that he has been duly authorized by the said corporation to make tne foregoing described location in its behalf and to verify the declaratory statement thereof that he has read the foregoing declaratory statement and knows the contents thereof that the locator is a citizen of the United States that said location is made in good faith and was made at the date set forth in said statment and that the matters set forth in the foregoing notice by him subscribed are true of his own knowledge Robert E Booraem
