BiographyMorton J. Henry asks G. Wintz to write to Theodore Roosevelt recommending him for a promotion to major in the Army. Wintz writes that Henry, like Roosevelt, belonged to the Porcellian Club when he attended Harvard, and served in the Spanish-American War, adding that Henry "is all right."
